Cataloguing Community of Practice on the ANZTLA Forum
The Cataloguing Community of Practice operates as a topic within the ANZTLA Forum mailing list. Members of the forum can choose whether or not to receive CCoP messages.
Managing your CCoP subscription
To subscribe or unsubscribe from CCoP messages:
1. You must be subscribed to the main ANZTLA Forum to subscribe/unsubscribe to the CCoP list. New ANZTLA Forum subscribers are automatically subscribed to the CCoP list.
2. Visit the ANZTLA Forum account portal: http://webmail.anztla.org/mailman/listinfo/anztla-forum↗
3. Under “Unsubscribe or edit options”, enter your email address.
4. Enter your password in the first box and click Log in. If you have forgotten your password, click the "Remind" button under "Password reminder".
5. Scroll to “Which topic categories would you like to subscribe to?”
6. Tick to subscribe or untick to unsubscribe to the Cataloguing Community of Practice (CCoP).
7. Under “Do you want to receive messages that do not match any topic filter?”, ensure Yes is selected. This allows you to continue receiving all other messages sent to the main ANZTLA Forum.
Posting to the CCoP forum list
1. Create a new email.
2. Include “CCoP” or “Cataloguing Community of Practice” in the subject line.
3. Send the email to anztla-forum@anztla.org↗
Including these words in the subject line ensures the message is correctly tagged and delivered to members who have subscribed to the CCoP topic.
